There is a new brick & mortar record store coming to Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Underdog Records will carry new and used vinyl across all genres, excellent condition used vinyl at palatable prices, new & used turntables, vinyl accessories (cleaning kits, slipmats, album sleeves, dry brushes, cleaning cloths, + more!), music periodicals, a selection of new & used CDs, new & used cassettes, stickers & buttons, used books, plus plenty more! We will also be a Record Store Day participating shop. Location and other details to emerge very soon.
Underdog Records aims to open on Halloween 2013. Stay tuned for lots more information, pictures, glimpses of the stock we'll have in store on Opening Day, and other details including events, promotions, and the like.
Underdog Records is a true independent music store and is run by a lone individual with multiple years of experience in the independent music scene, and who is also a native of Winston-Salem himself. Expect things you've never gotten from other regional record stores.
